General business terms 1.Our general business terms rule the contractual relationship between the customer and the “Pension Deerkemer Kuh”(lessor) and have to be accepted by the customer with sending the reservation form. In case of sending the form via Email, the customer acknowledges the fact that he will accept the g.b.t. without his signature. 2. Booking of rooms 2.1.After receiving your reservation form we will check the availability of the requested rooms and contact the customer as soon as possible. The contract is concluded as soon as the agreed services are ordered and confirmed or, where confirmation is no longer possible for lack of time, have been made available.2.2. If the party ordering the rooms is not the customer, both shall be held jointly and severally liable. 3. Liability The customer is fully responsible for any vandalism. He is obligated to treat all furniture and installations carefully and indemnifies the lessor. No liability is assumed for any damage to persons nor to their belongings. The invoices are due and payable on the departure day in cash- no credit cards can be accepted. 4.Cancellations 4.1.Cancellation of the contract is possible in written form only .Up to 14 days before the intended stay, cancellations are at no charge. Within 2 weeks before the intended stay 50% of the invoice amount will be falling due. On the arrival day itself 100% of the invoice have to be paid. 4.2. cancellation by the lessor If the customer has yet not confirmed the booking, the lessor may reserve the rooms for another customer. Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the lessor up to 14 days before the intended stay.4.3. If the lessor has reason to assume that the customer threatens to disturb the smooth operation of its business, security or the reputation of the establishment, and in the case of force majeurs, the lessor shall have a right to withdraw from the contract. 4.4. In the justified case of cancellation by the lessor this will happen without the Client/Orderer being entitled to claim damages.. 5. Allocation of rooms 5.1. the customer is not entitled to reserve a specific room 5.2. Booked rooms will be available for the customer at 2 p.m 5.3. Check out time is 11 a.m. 5.4. No pets are allowed. Violation of this rule will lead to an extra charge for cleaning. 6. Final clauses Should individual provisions of these General Business Terms be void, then the validity of the remaining provisions is not thereby impaired. The customer's standard business terms can only be applicable if they have previously been agreed in writing. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
