House rules Dear guests, In order to make your stay at Pension Deerkemer Kuh even more pleasant, we ask you to read the following house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.The most important thing is said in one sentence: We ask all guests to behave in such a way that other guests and our neighbors are not disturbed and our property is not damaged. In order to maintain public order and the house rules, the employees of the guesthouse are authorized to ban any guest, specially drunk guests from the house. Open fires and smoking are strictly prohibited in all rooms, including the bathrooms. In the event of a violation, we will charge a cleaning fee of 100 €. Pets are not allowed in the rooms. In case of violation we charge a cleaning fee of 100€ The rooms and their furnishings, as well as the guesthouse property, must not be damaged. On the day of departure, the room must be left in a tidy and undamaged condition. In the event of excessive soiling or damage, we will charge a special cleaning fee of €150. Excessive soiling includes, for example, soiling caused by vomit, paint or liquids on the walls. The guesthouse reserves the right to provide evidence of greater damage. We must point out that any damage caused by you must be compensated and will be charged to you. Check-in from 15.00 hrs/check-out until 11.00 hrs. We ask you to hand in the key when you check out. The loss of the room key will result in a charge of 100€. Persons not booked in the guesthouse are only permitted access to the rooms after prior notification. The guesthouse may refuse access in individual cases. When using the WIFI (if available), the provisions of the data protection regulations for the protection of children and young people must be observed. Violations must be reported. Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. we ask you to be considerate and not to disturb other guests because of the night's rest. Persons who violate the night's rest may be denied a further stay. The use of electrical appliances such as hotplates, barbecues or similar is not permitted. The guesthouse expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (in particular jewelry and cash). We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and to prevent guests from using our services if they disregard the house rules and if the guest's behavior causes damage to the guesthouse, the staff or other guests. We don‘t tolerate bachelor parties, hen-nights etc. Thank you for your attention and compliance with these house rules.
